With a deep commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation, we specialize in exporting premium-grade cashews, groundnuts, sesame seeds, ginger, and eco-friendly fertilizers that meet international standards. We are also beginning a new venture to export nitrogen fertilizers to U.S. markets.


Founded as a fairly new indigenous Nigerian limited liability company, with a network and office in the United States of America, our mission is to support global agriculture. Our company leverages years of individual company executives’ experience in the industry, synergizing them into our company’s experience to ensure the highest quality and reliability in every shipment. We work closely with agricultural suppliers and local farmers, utilizing sustainable farming practices to produce crops that are not only rich in flavor and nutrients but also environmentally responsible.

Meet the team

DR GODWIN OFIKWU

Founder | CEO

Godwin Ofikwu M.D., Surgeon, proud husband, father, entrepreneur, philanthropist.

Godwin Ofikwu MD, ABS, ABCRS, FACS, Clinical assistant professor of Surgery, at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine, University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Faculty, Sunrise Health GME Consortium, General Surgery Residency program.

Dr. Ofikwu has a background in business. He operated in this space successfully prior to embarking on his career in medicine. This background in business has enabled him to become one of the most versatile entrepreneurs among his peers. He started several businesses in the United States and abroad. His focus is, working towards contributing to the overall well-being of the “human being” in general. These include championing and contributing to improvement of human health and wellbeing, establishing a company focused on producing and distributing agricultural produce, both locally and abroad to help improve food availability and security. In line with this goal, he is also involved and working on procurement and distribution of fertilizers locally and internationally.

He started a self-service car sharing enterprise as well as a cement distributing company. His most fulfilling endeavor is in his philanthropy work, providing clean water to underserved communities abroad, and providing other amenities to better the lives of members of these communities.

Dr. Ofikwu is a General Surgeon who specialized as a colon and rectal surgeon practicing in Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada in United States of America. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus. As a colon and rectal surgeon, Dr. Ofikwu often treats conditions like rectal cancer, colon cancer, hemorrhoids, anal fissures and diverticulitis, to mention a few. He specializes in performing Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeries. He is also an entrepreneur and a philanthropist.

TUNDE BELLO

Manager

Mr. Tunde Bello is a graduate of geography from Benue state University makurdi in Nigeria, he worked with the senate committee on science and technology for one year (NYSC) before joining a drilling company (INATU Nigeria limited) as site manager and geophysical surveyor where he spent over ten years managing drilling activities and conducting geophysical survey for locating underground water, he is also a member of the Nigerian institute of management.

His love for agriculture and food production encouraged him to make the big decision of leaving the drilling company and joining Dr. Ofikwu at FrinaEdge multiservices in production and exportation of agricultural products and fertilizer, his dream is to make FrinaEdge multiservices the biggest exporters fertilizer and agro products, this he hopes to achieve in the near future. He is happily married with three kids.

MICHAEL JOHNSON

BUSINESS EXCECUTIVE

Michael E. Johnson was employed by the J.R. Simplot Co., a western U.S. fertilizer ammonium phosphate manufacturer, from 1975-2002. His last position was Director, Planning, Purchasing and Supply for the Agribusiness Group of the J.R. Simplot Co. Michael’s primary responsibilities upon assuming this position were to coordinate the centralization of all outside purchases of fertilizer products procured by the company, and to coordinate production schedules, purchasing, and sales forecasts to ensure adequate product supply for customers when needed and ensure appropriate inventory balances were maintained at all company manufacturing plants, terminals, and downstream.

Mr. Johnson also taught college level economics for 10 years following his retirement from his fertilizer industry employment position
in 2002, before becoming a private consultant.

BRYAN WILLIAMSON

BUSINESS EXECUTIVE

Bryan Williamson has been actively involved in various entrepreneurial ventures including international business and healthcare consulting. Early in Bryan’s career he played key roles in helping multiple US companies expand their product sourcing in Europe and Asia. Bryan lived in Taiwain for two years and developed conversational fluency in Mandarin Chinese and developed local contacts which helped facilitate multiple transactions, including worldwide market studies for steel and textile products.

Bryan played a key role in financing and shipping solutions for large quantities of stainless steel to be exported from Japan and Taiwan to fire sprinkler manufacturers in California.

More recently, Bryan and his partner have established an international Telemedicine business called Telacura, Inc. that provides international telemedicine second opinion services to Portuguese speaking countries including Mozambique, Angola and Brazil.

Bryan has established a network of physicians in the US and a helped develop a sales force in these countries to promote its services. Bryan’s other consulting experience has included writing hundreds of business plans and pro forma’s for new physician practices throughout the western US. These documents have enabled physicians and hospitals to obtain financing for these start-up for medical businesses. While Agra-business is new to Bryan, many of his business skills, experiences and education over the past 30 years are directly applicable to the acquisition, financing, shipping and selling of fertilizer in the US market. Bryan is known by his peers as a person that gets things done on time and on budget. Bryan received his MBA with emphasis in International Business from USC in 1985 and BA degrees in Finance, International Relations and Chinese from BYU in 1982.
